The industrial cylinder is based on the original cylinder standard length and standard installation dimensions to design and produce. It's applicable to rubber plastic machine cylinder,injection molding machine cylinder,bending machine cylinder,guillotine shears cylinder,hydraulic machine cylinder,and so on. In addition,we can design and manufacture all kinds of nonstandard hydraulic cylinder according to requirements from customers. 　　The cylinder liners are made of cold drawn seamless steel tubes with strong honing technique. The cylinder length can reach up to 10 m with diameters from φ30 mm to φ1000 mm. The piston rods are made of chrome steel with special heat treatment. The durionising technique is applied to the surface,which makes it high in smooth finish with tough inside and hard outside. The piston rods’ diameters are from φ10 mm to φ600 mm,equipped with quality NOK、PARKER、TRELLEBORG(Busak+Shamban) seals.
